Enrolment ProcessFor your convenience, we have included a downloadable Enrolment Form (Adobe PDF format). If you have previously been a student at MAINZ you can use the shorter Re-enrolment form, as we will still have your details on file. Please note some programmes also require an Information Record to be submitted with your enrolment. Please see the list of Information Records to the left of this screen. Download by clicking on the link to the left, then fill in the appropriate form(s) and mail it to us. To view the New Zealand application guide click here. You will be offered a place subject to your meeting the entry requirements and the availability of a place on the course. We do not set a closing date for enrolments.
